Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, Canva
Graduate instructors needed guidance on responding to student academic and well-being concerns, but the program lacked a robust training solution. Confusion around a new reporting form and limited prior experience left instructors frequently seeking mentor guidance. I thus decided to create a flexible, scenario-based e-learning module that allowed learners to practice making decisions in realistic contexts and access supporting resources independently.
Stakeholders praised the training, and the module was positioned to be a sustainable resource for future instructors. The project enhanced my skills in scenario-based learning design, complex Storyline triggers, and accessible e-learning development.
